Check out 17 weeks and 4 days, maybe you can get some incite from her. There are quite a bit of people on here that have had the same problems: negative tests, no periods. They found out they were pregnant further along.
Also, search for the thread "Need Advice". This is her telling us what was going on before she found out she was infact pregnant. Just some info to help you out.
If you are using the pregnancy tests with the +/- signs, and you have a very faint (but still there) + sign, there is a VERY good chance you are pregnant.
