Cool 40 weeks waiting
im 40 weeks and so anxious every morning i keep thinking maybe today he will come but nothing anyone else tired of waiting? does anyone know of any signs to watch for that labor will be approaching?

even though i had c-sections with all three, my third is 6 weeks old, i went into labour the first two.

my first, i lost my mucous plug and had very bad back pain with stomach pain, with my second i couldn't sit or stand and had contractions...... when a hot shower helped ease my back pain i realized i was in labour...

good luck and let us jnow what you hade. sorry aboutr spelling, im nursing my daughter and typing with one hand

thanks.....hmmm i havent really had any of that just cramping and pressure in my pelvic area

Hi Karlie, I'm 40 weeks too. I'm due this Friday. Like you I've been having cramps
and alot of pressure. I've also been getting Braxton Hicks contractions. My
dr. said I'm 2 centimeters dilated, 80% effaced and could go into labor today or 3
weeks from now. I'm still working which helps the time go by but I'm still so anxious it's
making me nuts. My friends and family keep calling to see if anything is happening yet and my b/f calls me 3 to 4 times a day. I keep thinking this time next week I could be a
mommy. It's still hard to believe I'm actually having a baby. I guess it won't seem real until I have my little boy in my arms.

How far past your due date are you? I am curious b/c I DO NOT want to go past my due date. Have your dr's given you any indication what they will do if you don't go into labor soon?

im 41 almost 42 weeks i see my dr on thursday hopefully he will decide to induce me!! ill let you know
