Hello! Just wanted to share something my midwife shared with me. She said that if you have a subchorionic hemorrhage it's good to supplement with 400IU of Vitamin E since it may help keep the placenta firmly attached.
She said it may reduce the risk of having the placenta seperate from the uterine wall entirely if a blood clot forms and starts to push against the placenta (it's rare that this happens with a small hemorrhage).
Just wanted to share that little tidbit
. I've been supplementing with vitamin E since before conception because I heard it was supposed to help with fertility and female disorders; so glad that I did (and still am)!!
Love and Prayers, Kelly
