You should feel the same NUMBER of movements (at least 10 per hour) but they may feel not as strong or different.
I just had this conversation with my doc. He said that the quantity should not change, but the feel of them might. You may not get the big kicks and jabs but will feel more rolling, pushing and stretching cuz they are running out of room.
ANyway, if your concerned call your doc. They will hook you up to a moniter till you hit 10 recorded movements within an hour. It's pretty neat, Ive done it twice. So don't worry about bugging the doc.
Are you sure the baby isn't moving as much, or is it just not as strong? I'm 33 weeks and the movements now are more like her rolling around than the strong kicks I used to get. Like the previous poster said, you shoul feel around the same amount though.

Just to be on the safe side, i called the Dr. He did have me come in and hook me up to a monitor. He said everything was fine, I felt 10 movements in an hour and her heartbeat is perfect. He said that she could have turned over with her back towards me now and that's why i am not feeling as much. She is still head down. Of course, since i left there, all afternoon she is moving non stop.
