I have lactose intolerance and am sensitive to a lot of carbs, I mostly stick to eating protein, salads lots of veggies and fruits, nuts, sweet potato, chick peas , kidney beans, home made yogurt and oatmeal. Are there others out ther that have lactose intolerance and what do you do other than taking supplements (which I do take twice a day) to help me the requiremants for the calcium intake?
