Angry sick of pain

between the constant back pain and the breathlessness i dont know what to do.
i sit in this chair at work all day long and feel so uncomfortable and so achy. how am i going to survive 8 more wks? what can i do about my back? its hurts 24-7...help!!

i know in the uk under health and safety at work act they have to try to keep you comfortable so they would get you a better chair if that helps, maybe they do the same in us? I hope the pains has some relief soon, enjoy counting the days down till maternity leave i hope they fly by for you.

What about one of those wedge pillows for your back. Maybe you could put that behind your back while sitting all day...or maybe a heating pad. I dont know where you work but if they would allow you to have one or both of those while working I think that would help you alot, especially a heating pad. Those help alot. Good Luck.

thanks for the replies ladies. i do have a wedge behind my back. perhaps i should bring in my heating pad. i really need encouragement, this pregnancy is rough. it seems like i have no motavation whatsoever anymore. ugh...

Try to get up a lot and move around, that seemed to help me out. Also make sure you can put your feet up. Hope this helps.

im gonna hopefully try and stick it out till my due date. but with the way my breathing is getting worse, ( i have asthma ) im not sure.

My doctor told me not to use a heating pad because it might raise your body temperature enough around the baby to do damage. Just thought I'd share that with you.
