Exclamation I need some info please!
Terribly sorry in advance if this isnt where this post goes.

I know it is possible for a woman to get pregnant during her period but if the period continues does this mean that she is not pregnant?

Here is my more detailed question if need be:

Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex on the first day of her period but her period has still continued to run its course. How likely is it that she could be pregnant?

This is the first time I have ever heard this question brought up.. Im not exactly positive but even if her period didnt stop I would say its highly possible that she could still be pregnant since it takes a little while for the sperm to follow the path to the egg and implant itself I would wait and see what happens next month but I wouldnt say she wasnt pregnant just because her period didnt stop..

I have never heard this either but since it takes a while, as mentioned above, for the sperm to fertilize the egg I would say the period would run its course.
