what is this milk

if i gave birth in march and didnt breastfeed, would the milk still be there or completely dried up? or could i be pregnant again as bits of milk comes out when i squeeze them

After I had my daughter and was done breast feeding I had a discharge for a long time. Its pretty normal unless its a unusual color then you need to talk to your doctor about it.

In my oppinion your ok.Unless there is odor or itchy nipples or any other sign of infection. I gave birth 11 months ago, I stopped breastfeeding 5 months ago and if I squeeze my nipple I still get a bit of milk...its not really milk though, It looks like the colostrum (the liquid that comes in before you get your milk supply). If it makes you nervous call your Dr and have her look at you....never hurts to be safe.

when i had my daughter i tried to breastfeed but it did not work out for us so i stopped, but my milk still kept coming out when i squeezed. i looked it up on line and it seems to be normal. but like the others said if you are still worried call your doc. i know i was a little worried at first.
