Re: cramp when sneezing

This is totally normal and nothing to worry about. I had this and some days i still have this. It feels better if i hold my stomach while sneezing or coughing. I think this is due to your muscles and uterus stretching. its normal

Re: cramp when sneezing

Hi , I am new to this message board. I have just discovered I am pregnant.

I have this mad sneezing thing going on to, although I don't get the pain when I sneeze. I do feel like the baby is going to dislodge itself when I sneeze. The sneezing thing is normal apparently. I get really blocked up too and a runny nose.

Im 38.5 weeks.. I WISH mine would dislodge by sneezing. Id walk around with a pepper shaker. :P

What I am told is that its the ligaments responding to a sudden jolt that causes the pain when sneezing or coughing. I too just grab my belly and support it to prevent that stabbing pain in the sides if I sneeze or cough.
