My gf and I have recently decided to break-up. Today(11/16) she is one date late for her period. She has told me she is worried because she doesn't feel like she is going to get her period. She has said that it has happened before but it isn't normal. Usually she has PMS for about a week before her period... but this cycle there has been very little amount of symptoms. She has switched to Karvia this cycle. We took precautions... waited 7 days form the start of the pack b4 having sex w/o condoms. With the rest of the cycle, I never ejaculated inside her. She hasn't missed any pills, nor does she deviate by more then an hour or two. So im not extremely worried... but I know there is always a chance. So I am wondering... do I have something to worry about it or could the emotional stress of the break-up(plus the 10 other things that other stressing her out) cause the lateness in the period. I know the stress does have an impact on periods... but what about PMS symptoms.
