hi lacey
in the beginnig it is normal to get twinges near where your ovaries are mine was on my right side this is the tendons that hold your uterus in place stretching along with your uterus, there is so much development early on going from a few cells to a formed baby very quickly of course should the pain be bad, you get menstrual cramps or bleed always get checked out as that is not normal.there are so many new sensations in pg it is normal to be confused as to what is ok and what is not and it is normal in the beginning to feel you might be starting your period as long as you don't bleed all should be ok. congrats on being pg what good news to start a new year
