how much to eat

I am happy to say I am going on week 13 and I am finally getting some let up to this morning sickness, my question is now that I want to eat I feel like eating very healthy foods but can only eat about the same amount as I use to before pregnant Basically I eat this

oatmeal pancake made with egg white and half cup oatmeal
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp reduced sugar jam

salad with oil and vinager and piece of lean protein ( meat, chicken, fish, egg)

half cup of mixed nuts and dried fruit

lean protein
2 veggies or veggie and brown rice
salad oil and vinager
jello with dollop whip cream

if hungry yogurt or half a grapefruit

does this sound like I am on the right track, I am trying to eat the best I can I am an extremely healthy eater, and I am trying to stick with it. Is this enough to eat because honestly I couldn't eat another bite if I tried.

Re: how much to eat

Wow - looks pretty good to me! :-) You can always check with your doctor to confirm. My Dr. told me that I only need to eat 300 more calories for baby - and that's only once you get into the 2nd trimester. So, if you were not underweight to start off with, you are probably fine. If it turns out to be a problem, you can increase calories without increasing volume by eating 'full strength' foods - ie. not reduced sugar, no light, no lean etc. Of course if you are accustomed to eating lean and healthy, this just might not be appetizing for you! According to a program I have done you are right on for what a 120 - 140 lb person should be eating. If you're okay with dairy, 1 cup of 2% milk is something like 100 calories. It's really that easy to up your intake (if necessary) but I'd bet you're doing just fine!
