OK silly question I am sure --- but my ribs have REALLY expanded from early on - because I am and have been carrying VERY HIGH!
After you have the baby - do the ribs just go back right then? that day?
Or does it take a while like your hips? err if your hips ever go back.... LOL!
I would love to know the answer to this questions. I am 32 weeks pregnant with a boy and because I am so short wasted I am carrying him really high. I can almost FEEL my ribs being pushed out. I hope they go back because I had to buy bra extenders so they fit right!
I had major rib problems or I guess just major discomfort but when my baby came out it was instant releif for me! Good luck! My ribs feel fine now and I had him almost 2 weeks ago.
OH sweetea - you give me hope! yes my bras I had to get bigger ones for the ribs and such - and it is just so uncomfy - I am hoping for instant relief!!
You will feel better instantly. Breathing is much easier after you give birth, but I still wear bra extenders for certain bras. The real stretchy ones are good and the ones I use the extenders for are getting more comfy. I think it takes time for everything about your body to go back to where it was.
