Question Hypnobirthing experience?
I have been doing some birthing options available and came across a method called "Hypnobirthing". I am seriously considering this for my birth option. My question is does anyone have any experience with this? Any info/birth stories on this subject would really be appreciated.

I plan on having an epidural if the pain gets too bad, but I have bene practing Hypnobirthing and it is a really neat thing. I bought a CD/book as well as studied on the internet. It is something I am really interested in as well!

Hi, is hypnobirthing something you do yourself, or is a therapist involved? Sounds interesting....I'll be checking it out. I was also considering an epidural if the pain gets too much to handle. It's all still a bit of a scary topic to me.
