I have been having this pain in my side for the last two days like you would not believe. The only way I can describe it is right where my liver is...or was. It also radiates to my back as well. Most of the time it happens when I am sitting down for a long time.

Any idea what it could be? I know the babies feet are there? Could I have a rib out of wack? Maybe my intestines are there?

I am not sure but starting to worry.

How far are you? I had the same pain start around my 16th week and found out that it was my gallbladder. They say that the gall stones will bother you more when your prego. I had surgery to have mine remove when I was 19 weeks. They had to rust and do it before the the baby was to my belly button due to thats where they go in to remove the gallbladder. Good Luck but do have it check. They do it with a ultrasound, painless.

could also be you ligaments stretching and like you said it could be your ribs.
let us know what you find out.

My first thought was gallbladder too...I've to attacks and had pain in my back that radiated up to my right shoulder blade and didn't go away for hours. Very common in pregnancy and within the first year afterwards especially if you are fair (not sure why)
