My dr told me to continue doing what exercise routine you were doing before pregnancy, if you haven't done any then walking is great for cardio and you should find a yoga video that is for prenatal because there are certain poses that are dangerous for the baby. I am 6 months and have continued to jog, elliptical and do weights ith yoga as well but have tined it down a great amount. The key is if you are uncomfortable stop. Ask your dr what is best for you only they will give you the best advice.
