| | Early Pregnancy and Vitamins
I just found out that I'm pregnant. I've been taking tons of vitamins including prenatal (AM), Vit. E (200 mg, AM), Vit C (1000 mg, AM), Selenium (200 mg, AM and PM), B-complex (100 mg, PM), B-6 (100 mg, AM), Folic Acid (400mcg, AM), Magnesium (250 mg, PM), Calcium chew (which includes Vit. D and K, PM), Flax seed oil (AM an PM), and baby asiprin (AM)
Is all of this safe to take while pregnant? I told my doctor about most of these while I was TTC and he thought it was fine....I'm just wondering that now that I'm pregnant, is it ok to take these or should I stop immeidately.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!
