I would relax and get some rest, unless your spotting has alot of cramping(painful) and there is ALOT of bright red blood I would just say its going to be one of those things. Sadly at this point in pregnancy if you are going to miscarry you are going to there is nothing you can do about it. But since you said its specs I wouldnt be to concerned especially if your doc isnt. But if your really worrried call him again and talk with him about it or go to someone else. There are alot of women who just spot during their pregnancy and go on to have wonderful pregnancys and there are women who spot and it gets worse.
