extremely tired at 31 weeks

Is anyone else extremely tired around 31 weeks? I feel worse more tired than first trimester. I feel as though I am doing everything correctly, I'm eating several small meals a day - very healthy food. I get 8 - 9 hours of sleep a night. I'm walking everyday. I work all day long in an office which is getting so hard, sometimes I go out to my car and nap for a half hour. I'm just wondering if this is normal, or should I ask my doctor about it when I see him this week?

Re: extremely tired at 31 weeks

I have felt like this different times throughtout my pregnancy...today would be one of those days by ds was up last night with nightmares so I'm blaming him. I am 32.5 weeks now and my worst time was at about 17 weeks. My hemoglobin is on the low side of normal so my midwife told me to take 2 prenatal vitamins a day once a week or so, just to help balance me out. I also do 30 min of cardio 3 times a week and try to get fresh air when I am feeling tired.
It is normal, it's part of sharing your body I guess...good luck and hope you feel better soon.
