I hear most people develop nausea in the very early stages of pregnancy. However, I've not had any nausea so far. I am tested positive on 3/27. LMP was 2/21. Is this common? I don't have an appt with my ObG until 4/19. I have not done any blood work yet.
I actually heard a higher number than you think actually don't have morning sickness. From what I've read somewhere around 30-40% don't get any morning sickness. I didn't have any with either of my pregnancies.
oooooh. Hope i'm one of these women! tested positive on sunday-4/2 and seem to be, according to pregnancy calculators, about 5 weeks along. don't have nausea. do have some cramping though....feels like i'd get right before my period.
Just be glad that you dont have morning sickness. However, I didnt get my ms until about 7-8 weeks and it lasted for a while. But Im 18 weeks today and Im feeling sooooooo much better and I think I felt the baby move for the first time.
hi, i am 10 weeks pregnant and i have not been sick at all! i did feel a little sick once or twice but never actually vomited..i think were supposed to be 'the lucky ones' !!!
Thank you ladies, I'll consider myself lucky then and hope it doesn't show up at 7-8 weeks. I definitely feel a little tired than usual, the cramps are very occassional for about a minute or less.
Nothing concrete to justify that I am actaully pregnant
I had a little nausea, but never threw up, which is wonderful, because I hate vomiting more than just about anything (it always comes through my nose ). (Currently 37 weeks.)
I didnt get any nausea either! I did get a little bit sick but i never threw up and it started when i was about 12 weeks and only lasted til about 14 weeks..I havent experienced many symptoms at all throughout my pregnancy so far and im 25 weeks along! Cramps are definitely common in early pregnancy..i didnt know i was pg. and for sure thought it was starting because my cramps were so bad..i would run to the bathroom cuz i really thought it was coming..but never did! It happened again the next month too then after that i never got them again..as long as there is no bleeding, you have nothing to worry about! I think your body just isnt adjusted to the pregnancy yet and thats why you get cramps for a while!!
manchak99,
MY last AF was on 2/21. I am 6 wks and 2 days I guess. My breasts were very tender, but it is getting better now; was also constipated (sorry TMI) in week 5. Now I am much better. Yes, I defintely need more sleep and rest though. My first appt is on 4/19. How about you?
I also feel no "morning sickness" as some people call it. I talked to my doctor at around 5 weeks and she said that it can start from 6-8 weeks. I have surpassed that and am now 12 weeks. Still no sickness. So I wouldn't worry about it. Not all women get nausea. Hopefully you'll continue to be 1 of the "lucky" ones
It is really a BLESSING!!! I have not had a single episode of morning sickness with this pregnancy, BUT......
with my 1st pregnancy it was horrible!!! Morning sickness for 3 straight months or more!!! I just felt the worst everyday....thought that I would never feel normal again!!!!
Not having morning sickness makes the pregnancy soooo much better.....
This pregnancy is much much better. The only difference was EXTREME FATIGUE!!! I was really really tired this pregnancy compared to the last....
but, I will take being tired anyday over nausea~
I did a test on the 10/03 and it came back positive. Soooo happy so is my fiance but just thought i would let you know how lucky you are not to have morning sickness count your blessings. I am halfway thru mine now and let me tell you it aint pretty. Sorry if this gets some people down. Oh ps i had cramps like i was going to get my period but after having spoke to a friend who has just had a baby she said she had the same and the nurse said it was because her womb was expanding not actual cramps.
Isn't that strange! I thought that I was having a girl due to the morning
sickness too......but my mother had 3 girls and NO morning sickness
with any so........I am not sure what to believe~
