I'm about 6 - 6 1/2 weeks pregnant of a second pregnancy. My due date is uncertain because of some menstrual irregularities, so they're waiting until a 2nd ultrasound to date the pregnancy.

My question is whether it is common to NOT have sore or tender breasts in a 2nd pregnancy. I have absolutely no breast symptoms at all. Last time around I couldn't breastfeed because of medical complications and I'm kind of wondering whether not feeling anything now is common.

If I remember correctly, I didn't have tenderness in my breasts untill about 8 wks this time around (also 2nd preg). In fact, I don't think I had any symptoms at all untill 8 wks! I wondered about that too, but it looks like it's normal.

I had really sore breasts with my first pregnancy. In fact that was the first thing that led me to believe I was pregnant. With my second pregnancy I didn't have sore breasts at all. I think it is normal.

VERY sore breast first pregnancy......

second pregnancy.......did not have sore breasts until the 12 week....
thought that I was not going to get them, but they are here now =)

very sore again.....seem to be bigger though
