I don't know if it's normal, I was going to ask my doc next week, because my pusle is very high also - usually between 90 & 100! Usually my pulse when I'm not actively exercising is about 74, and when I'm exercising everyday my pulse is in the low 60's. The 90's seems extrememly high for me. And another thing, when I'm resting I feel like I can feel my heart beat and pulse so much more disctinctly than before - it's like a loud thump thump thump in my chest and body. My bp is also just fine - very normal.
So I don't have an answer for you, but I'm experiencing the same thing!
Hey you guys, I know what you are feeling, high pulse it's not fun. But yes it's normal due to the pregnancy. See my pulse is VERY high from 120 on good days and 160 on bad days, and I had to be referred to a Cardiologist, they did number of test on me, I had a ECG portable monitor to capture all the vital signs in a 24hour period and I also had an Echocadiograph (sonogram) to the heart, I yet need the results, but the Cardiologist did say that even that might be normal, due to our blood working about 50% harder to support our precious one. I do feel out of breath about to pass out sometimes when it's really high, but the best thing I can recommend is to relax lay down for about 15-20 minutes and just calm down. Well, guys I hope this was helpful for you guys. I'll keep you updated to see what my results were hopefully it's nothing serious, but I'll let you know.
