Re: These are a few of my favorite things!

I'm 10 weeks 5 days and my favorites are:

Laying in bed for an hour talking with my hubby after we wake up (he works second shift and I'm spoiled and don't have to work!)
Juicy Fruit gum
Apple Jacks
Popsicles
Hot ham and cheese sandwiches with Arby's sauce
and steak (which I HATED before I was pregnant)

Why is it that no ones favorite's are fruits and vegetables!?

Re: These are a few of my favorite things!

I find myself craving a balanced meal...like pork (or chicken), peas, corn, bread, and milk. I think thats because my mom used to cook like that when i was younger.

As for my favorites...I try not to take any medications, but I have a major backache every day so about every 3-4 days I allow myself 2 tylenol and its like a miracle! And I find that looking foward to that every couple days makes the other backaches not hurt as much at all.

Re: These are a few of my favorite things!

Hi girls. I haven't had too many cravings. I wish I had more since I would like to take advantage of this free eating time. My two favorite things to eat are the following, but I think I would want them if I wasn't pregnant, now I just have an excuse!:

ice cream (Ben and Jerry's cookie dough, or Haagen Daaz cookies/cream, italian gelato)
chocolate milk
potatoes
nursing pillow, to sleep, but we have a love/hate relationship

For the most part I've ben eating pretty healthy, but if I was back in NY I would probably be eating:

PIZZA
Chinese food
Mexican
Arby's
Wendy's
Asian Pastries
Taco Bell
Big diner breakfast
bacon, egg, and cheese (prepared by someone else)

It would be real ugly, thank God none of these things are available to me. Oh, and my mom is visiting and whenever she annoys me I just want to swallow 10 McDonald's cheeseburgers. I'm normally not one to comfort with food, but that sounds pretty good right now.

Re: These are a few of my favorite things!

Well, I must admit I am one of those fruit people. I am 20 weeks.

Apples, apples, and more apples
oranges
cherries
bagels
peanut butter - love it on a bagel

During my first trimester - strawberries!

Oh, and let's not forget those potato chips!

Actually, it was your post in another thread about the sour skittles that incited me to start this thread!

I forgot to add pineapple and foot massages.
