| Re: High Blood Pressure???
I've been told by a few doctors, nurses and my past psychologist who was also an RN that blood pressure is still considered normal up to 130/90.. and 110/20. Basically the numbers can range from -10 to + 10 from the regular 120/80.
If you're concerned about high blood pressure.. which I am.. make sure to drink lots of water and watch your salt intake. You would be suprised if you read the labels of all your prepackaged food and realized how much salt even two slices of bread have. Two slices usually have around 14-16% of your daily intake.
I never took notice to my daily salt allowance until I became pregnant.
I just noticed that you wrote youre 38 weeks. If your blood pressure is still at that range I wouldnt worry. Your baby is considered full term after 37 weeks I believe.. and if they had to induce you because of high BP, your baby would be fine.
