Got a question.... I am 25 w and am showing but really not that much. A friend of mine asked me yesturday if i had a tilted uterus and i told her i do. She said that women who have tilted uterus's tend to carry the baby more in the back. I was wondering if this is true?
I have a titled uterus but don't notice anything different. The only time it's come up is when I the nurses are using u/s to measure my cervix. Otherwise, at 29 weeks, my uterus is big enough to have stretched out so much that being tipped or tilted wouldn't really matter.
I also have a tilted uterus and I never heard of that. I am 28w/4d and people think I'm due soon. LOL. Not for another 11 weeks for my section. WOO HOO You are probably just carrying small; no big deal.
xinereville is right. once your baby gets to a certain weight your uterus usually tips over into a more normal position. i have a tilted uterus and the only time it ever came up was at internal exams. other than that trust me i carried this big baby all in the front! lol! just remember that every woman and every pregnancy is different.
