Re: Anyone heard of Nexium during pregnancy for heartburn?
I don't know about the Nexium thing, but have you had yourself tested for a lactose intolerance? Most humans have it to some degree since we are not calves drinking mother's milk, we are humans drinking cow's milk!! If you are up to the challenge, first research your non-dairy alternatives for the protein and calcium (there are thousands) intake and then quit using bovine dairy altogether for a month or two. If you have any sensitivity to dairy, you will feel leaps and bounds better. I haven't used cow dairy in a couple of years and I have never felt better. There are so many alternatives out there, its just that we are so used to our cow products!! Good luck and I hope you find a workable solution to your heartburn!
