Know anyone with a positive result on fetal fibronectin test?
My wife is only 27 weeks and just had a positive result. A small amount of contractions, her cervix is not dialated and is still a normal length.

I've read how the test works but I'm looking for people who have actually had a positive result and held on for a long time before delivery. Thanks!

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that term so I'm unsure what I'd do if in your position.

A negative result indicates a less than 1% chance of going into labor in the next 14 days, however, a positive result doesn't indicate much of anything. It is odd how the negative result can be so indicative while the positive result is not, but that is how the test works!!! Good Luck!!!
