PEPSI and Pregnancy...

I can read the ingredients of a pepsi soda over and over and still can not find out what makes it sooooo good. I keep craving them and i know the caffine is bad but my doctor never tell me that anything is going wrong or i need to stop. Of course i didnt admit that i have one every other day but she didnt seem worried. This may be a reason i may fail my glucose test. I feel so bad my mom jokes and says thats the reason the baby is so active..lol How are you guys doing What are your cravings this week?

Re: PEPSI and Pregnancy...

I crave vanilla cokes I have since the beginning but I limit myself to one can a day and my dr does know about it and has nothing bad to say about it. he said if I was drink 4-6 a day then he would say something. Like he told me I don't eat sweats and the only think I drink is water and my one can of coke a day it's not hurting me. With all the water I drink I flush out all the coke.

Re: PEPSI and Pregnancy...

I, too, have been craving soda. In the beginning, I would drink coke because I was throwing up so much and now I crave it all the time. Since I want to drink it so much, I switched to caffeine free coke. To my surprise, it tastes exactly the same. I've also been eating Snickers a lot more than usual. Before this pregnancy, I hadn't had one for almost a year, then one day, my husband brought one home and that was it.

Re: PEPSI and Pregnancy...

I drink caffeine free pepsi and there is not difference in taste. I have only one glass a day though, don't like all the carbonation.
