anyone had a headache like this?
has anyone had a constant headache that never goes away ever!? its not a bad one but i always have this very light annoying headache that sometimes i dont even realize unless im paying attention. it seems to be worse when i lay down so i usually wake up with one and throughout the day i dont notice it as much til i lay down again at night. everything i look up says that high blood pressure would be causing this but i dont have that. ive had this for quite some time now and dont know how to make it stop.

I get headaches if I do not drink enough water...and I mean ALOT of water. Maybe try dousing your self with water! Good Luck! Courtney

i suffer from headaches too. then i realized i was allergic to MSG which is in almost everything that is flavored like soups, chips, canned soups, etc. i have to read every label very carefully.

also apsertame, the fake sugar and all the fake sugars like equal and the pink packet stuff are notorious for causing headache. they make me extremely ill.

try staying away from those things and see if you feel better.
they didnt start giving me problems until i was 27 and then it took 2 YEARS to figure it out. i thought i was dying....
