New found exercise!!!!

New Exercise: Getting out of bed..lol

Im 29 weeks and in the morning when i have to go to the bathroom its so hard to get out of bed. one, because it hurts if i move the wrong way like ive been holding my bladder for hours but 9 times outta 10 i was just up 45 minutes ago in the bathroom. And two, my bed is so high that i cant just get up and walk my legs dangle and i feel like a kid.

Its funny cause there is a process i go through to get out of bed first i flop the covers over and then twist my body around (which ever way comfortable) then i lean on my bf and flop off the bed. Once im up im up but it should not take a person 3 to 4 minutes to get up and on top of that i have to take extra time to actually wake up to do this.. This is not an exercise that can be performed while drowsy.

i know this exercise! lol im 28 weeks but im carrying so low that this has been a task for quite some time now. me and my bf havent moved in together yet so on nights that he has to get up and work early he usually stays at his house so he doesnt wake me up which is good but then i dont have him to flop me over. i sleep with my dog, hes a pitbull/lab mix so hes big and i use him to push off of. he just grunts and looks at me like im crazy! just think only a few more weeks bein pregnant then a couple weeks to recover and we will finally be able to move like regular people again instead of weebles

I am looking forward to all the joys of my baby and also LAYING ON MY BELLY AGAIN???? I posted a thread maybe 8 weeks ago about still being able to sleep on my belly well now its totally different.
