im always stressed myself. i really dont have much of a reason to be i just have an anxiety disorder that causes me to constantly be stressed out. ive read that it can lead to having your baby early or having an underweight baby. ive also heard that if you are stressed a lot while pregnant that it can cause you to have a cranky baby but i dont know how accurate that really is. yeah your supposed to try not to stress cuz your baby feels it and it effects his heartrate but everyone stresses. i dont think its possible to have a completely stress free life. you should try to relax even though that may seem hard or impossible cuz i dont know your situation but i think everything with your baby will be ok. if underweight and preterm babies were very common in people who stress then the majority of babies would be underweight and preterm as pregnancy alone is very stressful even without all the other stuff going on.
