I have been nauseous from about week 6 or 7, nothing to bad. Eating always helped. When I reached 12 weeks instead of getting better it got worse and I started vomitting (which luckily didn't affect me before then). Now I'm throwing up several times a day--since last night every time I eat.

Is this normal? I don't understand why it is getting worse instead of better.

my morning sickness was awful from about 6 weeks until about 17wks then cooled off. Sadly im now 22 weeks and its coming back. It getting a bit worse before it gets better is pretty normal. Ask your doctor for something for nausea if the vomiting gets too overwhelming. It's really exhausting. I hope it clears up soon for you =)

I'm 27.5 wks and sad to say I'm still vomiting. Mine is bad enough I keep getting put in the hospital for fluids and it's not my fault I try I drink tons or water and I eat but I can't keep from getting sick so my dr put me on zophan it's a nausea medicine and it don't make me sleepy.
Maybe you should talk with your dr about getting something to help you.

I think its the way our bodies react. Each person is different. Yesterday i woke up and felt the urge i really had to throw up. I ate some crackers to calm my stomach (trust me in all cases this does not work) I got past it and was able to get ready for work. But i too thought that vomiting days were over i am 34 weeks now and i know now it can come back at any time. Especially if a bad odor triggers it off. Good luck everyone!

I'm starting to think it was the prenatals I was taking (specially formulated for morning sickness--ironic). I went back to my regular ones today and I've been fine.
