| Abd pain
Wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I am 21 weeks and sometimes get what I call a Charley Horse in my lower abdomen. Sometimes it is all across, but other times it is only on one side. Lasts anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes each time. I do not think they are Braxton Hicks because they are so localized, not over the entire uterus, and hurt like a Charley Horse you would normally get in your calf. Maybe they are though. Had them with my last pregnancy too so I know they are nothing to worry about. Any thoughts?
