Not feeling as much movement

I'm 23wks3days and for the past couple days I haven't felt nearly as many kicks as before. I still feel little things throughout the day but no big kicks like before. I have been pretty sick with bad sinuses and have been feeling really bad and sleeping a lot. Could this be why?

Re: Not feeling as much movement

well from what u say all i can say is lucky, enjoy this now because in your next weeks as the baby's space get cramped from it getting bigger you are going to feel kicks and tumbles non stop. This is what im going through and often i ask him to please calm down. lol ofcourse he cant hear me but i wish he could understand.

When i was around 25-29 weeks i would feel him move and then for a few days it was like nothing and i would worry so much and then other days the baby would move maybe once or twice a hour and i would be so happy..

I dont think you have anything to worry about but if u want you can always feel free to call your doctor.

Re: Not feeling as much movement

babies move more days then others just like after they are born they have days where they wanna sleep all day and days where they are wide awake. ill be 34 wks tomorrow and i still have days where he just doesnt seem to be as active as others and of course i worry and will lay there poking at my stomach all day trying to get him to wake up. at your stage as long as you feel something, even if its just one little something, everyday then thats good. ive found that if i scrunch up my belly he gets mad that the space gets smaller and will usually try to stretch back out maybe that would work for you too
