How far along are you? DS was breech up until 33 weeks but he didn't really bother me. This time DD has been breech and my ribs,hips, and back hurt so bad I had alot of pressure then one night I went to bed and she woke me up moving she pushed and kicked so hard I could not breathe at all it felt like my ribs felt like they was going to brake it was really painfull but I didn't know what was going on.The next morning I woke up sore where she was pushing so hard but I noticed right off I wasn't hurting in my hips and all like I was. I had an appt the next day for my monthly ultrasound and sure enough she was head down that was at 28 weeks.
So it is still possible for him to turn at the last minute. As far as if he stays breech I have no clue if he will drop. Sorry I could help on that part but I wanted to let you know that it is still possible for him to turn.
