I had a UTI about a month and a half ago...I am now almost 36 weeks. I thought I had a UTI but also thought for sure that I had a yeast infection or bacterial infection as well. They checked and I did in fact have a UTI but NO yeast or bacterial infection. The nurse practicioner said that UTI's can have similar symptoms to a yeast or bacterial infection, so I guess it's true. I never knew that. However, even though the UTI was gone within a few days of starting the antibiotics, or at least that burning feeling when using the bathroom, I still have the itching off and on. But they are sure there is no infection. Who knows? I hope you feel better soon, I know it's no fun at all.
