Hi Jojo as far as I know it is safe to have sex and orgasm in the 1st trimester as long as you dr has not given you any reason not to. It is perfectly safe. There is so much protection around your baby so you will not harm him/her. I know how you are feeling b/c DH and I were also very nervous to have sex during the 1st trimester.

You're good to go. As the other poster said, assuming that you don't have some sort of high-risk pregnancy where your doctor would've specifically said not to. The cervix plugged up so nothing can get in (or out!) and the baby is swimming in amniotic fluid and is well protected. Orgasms don't matter, either. As long as you feel up to it, go for it! Many women are jealous that you even WANT to... most of us were hugging the porcelain throne most of the first trimester... LOL
