body aches
is it normal to have all over body aches a week after having the baby? my legs and back and arms and everything ache and they didnt before. is this just all part of the healing process? i went to walmart today and i think i over did it a little cuz im hurting pretty bad now.

I also ached all over after having my ds, for a good couple weeks (at least). I'm really not sure what causes it, but I think it happens to the best of us!
