Was it prescribed to you? If so, I would continue taking it until your dr advises you it's safe to stop. Congrats & good luck!

Re: when sis it safe I stop taking Progestorene after finding out I am pergnant

My doc had me stop taking it when my Rx ran out, which was just a few days after I got a positive HPT. I asked whether I should continue taking it until 10 weeks or so, since that is one common treatment method, but she said no. I did more research and found that there is no common method of prescribing progesterone. Some docs say to stop it when pregnant, some continue -- saying that it doesn't hurt, and some say to continue taking it until 10 weeks.

I would just go by what your doctor tells you. Call and find out.
