It's nothing to worry about. It's colostrum being made in your breasts, which is the "pre-milk" that you'll feed your baby with before your milk comes in a few days after the birth of the baby (if you choose to breastfeed, of course). Noticing it at 15 weeks is on the early side, but it's not a big deal. Some women leak very early (such as yourself), and some don't leak at all.
