Is it still morning sickness if I don't throw up?

I am only 5.5 weeks along but am queasy for a solid amount of time each day... does that count as morning sickness even though I'm not throwing up?

Also, when did everyone start to have full-blown symptoms? I have heard that it is still early...

Re: Is it still morning sickness if I don't throw up?

Hi, certainly everyone is different, but it seems like the beginning of morning sickness to me.

I started out slightly queasy week 6, moved to all day queasy by week 7-8, really peaking in weeks 9-10 with dry heaves, etc. Then I moved on to full on vomiting over the next couple weeks, and finally starting to feel better in the last couple weeks. I'm week 16 now, and once in awhile will still puke, but that is SO much better than all-day-long-nausea!

Re: Is it still morning sickness if I don't throw up?

The min I was pregnant I started with serious nausea...the entire nine months with each pregnancy. I rarely vomited so but yes it is morning sickness....well for me it was 24/7 sickness the entire 9 months.

Re: Is it still morning sickness if I don't throw up?

I'm 10 weeks, and all I do is dry heave all day long!
I WISH I could just throw up for some relief!

Good Luck to you! (Hopefully we only have a few weeks to go of this before we get to start feeling better) =)
