Re: how to reduce blood pressure after c-section
The numbness should get better with time. You will always have some numbness around the incision. I had 2 c-sections and remember feeling extremely numb for sometime after but it did get alot better. Even after number 2.
I'm having my 3rd on June 1st and hope I don't loose anymore feeling in the area.
As for blood pressure, I had high blood pressure with my first and was put on IV magnesium ... my blood pressure got better after the delivery. Stay away from salty food .... that raises blood pressure. There are also some foods that contain magnesium that are said to help lower blood pressure.
