i wouldn't doubt you will have to see a high risk specialist sometime during this pregnancy. during pregnancy, your blood doubles and you are at risk for blood clots and with your previous stroke you may want to be careful. there are blood thinners that are safe to take during pregnancy, but you have to talk with your doctor. and there are anti-epleptic medications that are safe during pregnancy as well...now if you plan on breastfeeding you may want to consult a lactation consultant with medications that can cross into the breast milk. with your previous history, if your doctor is not gonna do anything you may just want to get a second opinion because usually during pregnancy, any health problems that you have esclade during pregnancy. good luck!!!
