| We saw the heartbeat!
Well, just as I wanted, my midwife ordered a viability ultrasound. Sure enough, I am 8 weeks along, and the heart was beating, and I am somewhat relieved. I know there is still a possibility of anything happening, but I am going to keep a positive outlook (as much as I can while I'm feeling so crappy). My last pregnancy ended just about this time, between 8 and 9 weeks. So hopefully I can get through this anxious time. Is it true that once the heart starts beating it is only a 2-3 % chance of miscarriage, or is it once you hear the heart on the doppler? Just curious if anyone knows. Not that it matters really because there's nothing anyone can do anyway. Thanks for reading.
