Could I be pregnant?
Hi, I have never been pregnant before and was wondering whether there is a possibility that I might be now. I have yet to miss a period, but people say that that is not a sure sign of a possible pregnancy. I have been experiencing a range of symptoms. I have had extreme nausea, backaches, headaches, cramping, my breasts feel weird...the have these raised bumps on them. My abdomen seems larger, I am always tired, I have an insatiable appetite and I have an increased amount of vaginal discharge...not to mention mood swings Could I be pregnant? Help, because I am a diabetic and i would like to get help as soon as possible.

Well there is always a chance if you are having sex. Though counting on signs isnt always a good way to tell if you are pregnant or not.
Your best bet is either to take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor and get a blood test done.
With a home pregnancy test you can take it before your period is due and get accurate results. Just make sure you follow the directions for the first morning urine as it will have the highest concentration of HCG. The blood test can be done a week after conception.

Symptom wise it sounds like you may be!!!! Please get a test ASAP (especially being diabetic it is good to know ASAP), and let us know how it turns out!!! Good luck in whatever you wish.
