I just read a post that you have been taking BCP for 11 years. How long have you been ttc? I was wondering because I have been on BCP(Demulen) for 11 years with no break and I have been off them since Jan 8, 2003. We just this week got serious about ttc. Look forward to hearing from you.
You could say we never really began to try, I skipped a month on my pills but for some reason it didn't work and my period came in the middle of my cycle (only by a few days). Anyway because of this I went off bc as I had to wait until my next cycle to resume taking, which was on the 6th of January.
I was due for AF on Monday 3rd Feb. But she didn't show. At first I was freaked and went to visit doc as all my HPT kept saying -, so I wanted a blood test but doc said wait a month and see if she appears.
Judging by your stopping date we stopped around the same time, you never know we could conceive at the same time and be pregnant together.
I hope we are pregnant!!! By the way, how old are you? I am 28 and my DH is 30. This is the first time I've been off these pills in 11 years and I don't know if it is just my body reacting from not having them in my system or what but I have been cramping some lately. I have no other symptoms. No sore boobs. If I am pg, I would only be 3 weeks at the most. I don't think I am though. I will keep you informed. Thanks for replying. Renee.
I'm 24 and bf is 30, I have discovered some new information in the last day. I have been having some discharge and i have discovered that that is a sign of ovulation so i guess i'm not pg. But it would mean that all the BD in the last week has been a great advantage. I guess I will know what the hell is going on in about ten days when AF will really be due.
I have made a pact with myself that if AF isnt here by sat 15 feb, then i am going to test on sunday AGAIN.
When is AF due to visit you again. Good luck and lets hope we are pg.
Here's to hoping
