i had unprotected sex the last day of my periodw/c was dec. 12.. is that a big possiblity to get pregnant even though my boyfriend didn't *** inside of me? then what kinds of things am i supposed to experience for that first week if i was pregnant.. am i supposed to be throwing up or spotting or getting headaches? i get my period in a week or so and i'm just curious.

It depends on when you ovulate. Usually, the 14 days before your period and the 14 days after is when you're most at risk of getting pregnant. That's not fail proof though. Urine pregnancy tests usually pick up a pregnancy 5-7 days after your period. A blood test for pregnancy is %100 fool proof. It's best not to worry until you don't get your period. If it's due next week, I'd wait until then, if it doesn't come, then get a pregnancy test. If you're having symptoms, then maybe taking a urine pregnancy test would help you alieviate your fears.

Sunflowers, what you said about urine pregnancy tests is only partly correct. In most cases they will pick up pregnancy on the first missed day of a period...
Heck with my second child I was about 3 to 4 days before my period was due and I had an urge to take a test and it came up positive.
If you go out and look at the tests available there are even some the advertise that they can be taken before a period is missed.
Also blood tests are not always fool proof. If there is a pregnancy in the tubes or it is too early then a blood test can be fooled.

There is a chance of pregnancy actually. It depends on how long your period was and how long your normal cycles are. And he doenst have to ejaculte in you to get you pregnant either. Pre-*** which leaks from a penis from the time of erection to the time of ejaculation contains sperm. So there is that to consider. Then if you have a 5 to 7 day period and you had sex on the last day well there is a concenr for pregnancy. Because with a 28 day cycle ovulation can occur between days 12 though 20(it isnt always day 14). So now we get to the fact that sperm live inside a woman between 3 to 7 days. Yes they can live that long. So actually there is a chance of pregnancy.

As for signs that can vary so I wouldnt worry over htose. Just wait for your period and if it is late or unusual then take a home test to see the results.

The best way to figure out YOUR cycle is to keep track of it. I am sure there are programs out there that can predict a period but it will be based on the average and may not be accurate for you.
On a calander or in a notebook simply mark down the days you get your period from now on.

As for your period being unusual that is only for you to answer. How long are your periods(how many days do you bleed)? You said you last day was Dec 12th well say your period is 5 days long. So you subtract that from the 12th and that puts you as starting your period on the 8th of Dec. So you count from the first day of your period to the next first day andyou have how long your cycle is or at least how long this one was.
