Pregnancy and MS

I am wondering if anyone who has ms has been on copaxone in their third trimester, or if you took some other precautions after delivery to avoid an exacerbation. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy with my second child and am very concerned with having problems after delivery, I had many exacerbations after my first child but didn't know I had ms, now that I know I was wondering what others have done, I don have a relationship with my doctor but I don't think he has a lot of experience in this issue either. Any ideas or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
