keep a ton of fruit in the house. it can be fresh, frozen, canned. i always kept vanilla or raspberry cheesecake frozen yogurt in the freezer with some frozen berries and peeled frozen bananas. pop it in the blender with skim milk, yum yum yum, it fills you up and is really good for you. also try light light exercise, like walking, it will help with everyting.
