question about OPT kits

Good morning ladies Still in US, and in day 2 of AF - so I guess if it was coming, now is a good time. Plus, at least I can be reasonably certain I am O'ing again since coming off BCP. (looking at bright side).

My question - what day should I start using the OPT? I got a kit (ok a few kits) of 7 sticks and since this was my first cycle off BCP, I am not quite sure what my "normal" cycle is. Any help is appreciated

Re: question about OPT kits

I started OPK's after my first regular period off BCP. I started 8 days into my cycle to make sure I didn't miss O, but I O'd around day 14 just like clockwork. I got pg 1st try. Good luck.

Re: question about OPT kits

The OPK's come with instructions that tell you when to start testing based on the length of your cycles. If you are unsure of your cycles, you may want to buy more than one box of them and start like Siren suggests...Good luck, sweetie!
